Need help creating an account after placing an order?

If the service type is a Game Server, you should recieve an email titled "CloudNoden Game". Click into that email, and click the big blue "Setup Your Account" button. You only need to do this once, so the first time you do it, if you order any more Game Servers, they will be automatically provisioned to your panel account. If it shows "This password reset token is invalid.", go to https://panel.cloudnoden.net/auth/password and enter the email used on your Billing Account.
cPanel
After approval for a cPanel service, you should be able to access it in the billing portal. If you did not have a cPanel account automatically created for you, please open a ticket for support.
Convoy
After approval for a VPS service, you should be able to access it in the billing portal. If you did not have a VPS account automatically created for you, please open a ticket for support.
